Rules
Get rid of your cards by playing combinations higher than the previous one.
As soon as someone empties their hand, the round ends.
The lowest total wins.
How to count points
At the end of each round, each person scores 1 point per card left in hand (the person who went out scores 0).
Totals add up.
The game ends as soon as someone reaches the target chosen at setup (15 by default; 10 for a short game, 20 for a long one); the lowest total wins.
