Rules
Trick-taking game over 10 rounds: in round N, each person receives N cards.
Before play, everyone SIMULTANEOUSLY announces their bid (the number of tricks they expect to win) using their cards, then enter bids in Scoria.
Once the round is played, enter each person's tricks won and any bonuses: the app calculates the score.
The highest total after 10 rounds wins.
How to count points
- Scoria records each person's Bid / Tricks / Bonuses and calculates the score automatically:
- Exact bid (≥ 1): +20 per trick bid.
- Missed bid: −10 per trick off (over or under).
- Successful zero bid: +10 × round number.
- Failed zero bid: −10 × round number.
- Bonuses count ONLY if the bid is exact (can be turned off at setup):
- Colored 14 (yellow/green/purple): +10 each; black 14 (Jolly Roger): +20.
- Mermaid captured by a pirate: +20; pirate captured by the Skull King: +30; Skull King captured by a mermaid: +40.
- Highest total after 10 rounds wins.
