Rules
Setup: 12 cards per person, face down in 3 rows of 4, two of which are turned face up before starting.
Reveal and swap cards to lower the value of your grid.
Score the remaining cards each round.
The lowest total wins.
How to count points
At the end of each round, enter the total value of your cards (cards range from -2 to 12, so the score can be negative).
The game ends as soon as someone reaches 100 points.
