Rules
Setup: 7 cards per person.
Discard cards by matching color or number; action cards and wild cards change the round.
The first person to empty their hand wins the round and scores the cards left in opponents' hands.
The first person to reach the target wins the game.
How to count points
At the end of each round, enter the points scored by the round winner (everyone else scores 0).
They add up the cards left in opponents' hands: number card = face value (0 to 9), action card (Skip, Reverse, +2) = 20, Wild and +4 = 50.
Totals add up; the first person to reach the target wins.
